In order to participate in the proposed class action settlement, you need to fit into one of the class definitions provided at the above website. You would also need to submit a “Notice and Proof of Claim Form”.

To participate in the Settlement and be eligible to receive a recovery, you must submit a Proof of Claim no later than March 19, 2009. If you are a Class Member and do not exclude yourself from the Class, you will be bound by the Judgments entered by the Courts. To exclude yourself from the Class, you must submit a request for exclusion postmarked no later than March 19, 2009.
