911 Fees National Class Actions
(Bell, Telus, Rogers, Fido, Sasktel, MTS, & Aliant Litigation)
The class action law firm of Merchant Law Group LLP has launched a series of class actions lawsuits across Canada, requesting that the Courts order the above telecommunications companies to return part of the 911 charges (or fees) that have been collected, to all Canadian consumers who are customers of these Corporations.

These lawsuits are being pursued by Merchant Law Group LLP on behalf of all Canadian cellular and landline telephone customers, including current and former customers of Bell, Telus, Rogers & Fido (Microcell), SaskTel, MTS, and Aliant.

These class action lawsuits have been launched with the courts across Canada and include a claim for reimbursement of any 911 fees paid by rural Canadians where access to live 911 operators was not provided.
