Gear Shifter – Jeep Chrysler Dodge Maserati Class Action
June 2016 – Merchant Law Group LLP has launched Canada-wide class action litigation regarding the same vehicle problem that last week killed actor Anton Yelchin. The issue is that the vehicles in question have a dangerously defective gear shifter.
The vehicles affected by this class action include:
- 2014 to 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee
- 2012 to 2014 Chrysler 300
- 2012 to 2014 Dodge Charger
- 2014 Maserati Quattroporte
- 2014 Maserati Ghibli
