Merchant Law Group LLP has launched a Risperdal / Invega class action against the manufacturers of these pharmaceuticals on behalf of Canadian men who have developed gynecomastia (male breast tissue growth) after taking Risperdal or Invega.

Risperdal (risperidone) and Invega (paliperidone) are antipsychotic medications sold by Johnson & Johnson and approved by Health Canada to treat schizophrenia. However, these two drugs can cause serious side effects such as breast development in boys. Hundreds of boys who took these drugs suffered breast tissue enlargement, and some were forced to have surgery to remove the tissue.
