As reported in the news, Merchant Law Group LLP is launching class actions against various school boards in Canada for ancillary school fees charged to parents or students who attended public and separate schools. The lawsuits assert that these fees are inappropriate and that they must be repaid to the parents and students who paid them.

If you or a family member was enrolled in any primary or secondary school in the past 15 years and was charged any class fees or costs, please complete the form below. These lawsuits are being pursued against individual school boards when appropriate students and parents contact our law firm.
(Providing your information creates no financial obligation for you.
