Hyundai Class Action
2019 – Merchant Law Group LLP has launched Canada-wide class action litigation before the Canadian Courts regarding various Hyundai / Kia vehicles manufactured between 2011 to 2016, asserting that vehicles equipped with the Theta II 2.4L or 2.0L engines suffer from a serious engine defect that is not only be a safety concern, but could also lead to catastrophic engine damage or fires.
Affected Models may include:
- 2011 – 2018 Hyundai Sonata;
- 2013 – 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe;
- 2011 – 2013 Hyundai Tucson;
- 2011 – 2017 Kia Optima;
- 2011 – 2018 Kia Sportage;
- 2012 – 2017 Kia Sorrento; and
- 2012 – 2016 Kia Soul.
The Hyundai Kia class action lawsuits seek financial compensation for affected Hyundai/Kia vehicle owners or lessees.
