Air Miles National Class Action
Merchant Law Group is launching class proceedings in regards to the AIR MILES® reward program. This litigation is being pursued as a class action on behalf of all persons, wherever resident, who, after September 18, 2008, paid a “Nav/Ins” or “Q fee” surcharge to AIR MILES® when they purchased plane tickets from or through AIR MILES® by redeeming Reward Miles.
