2010 Delta Baby Cribs National Class Action
June, 2010 - Merchant Law Group LLP is launching national class action lawsuits on behalf of all Canadian consumers who have purchased recalled Delta baby cribs which may have been sold under various brand names. A recent June 24 recall has been issued in respect of these cribs.
These recalled cribs include: Delta Enterprise Corp. model numbers: 4842-2, 4842-41, 4842-42, 4857-1, 4857-3, and 4857-4. These recalled cribs were sold at various retailers across Canada from approximately July 2005 onward.

2009 - Merchant Law Group LLP has launched national class action lawsuits in numerous Canadian jurisdictions* on behalf of all U.S. and Canadian consumers who have purchased baby cribs manufactured by Stock Craft Manufacturing (which may have been sold under various brand names, including Fisher-Price, Wal-Mart, and Sears). A recent recall has been issued in respect of these products, concerning drop-side cribs with plastic hardware.
The litigation requests that the Courts order that financial compensation be paid to all owners of these cribs.
