2009 - Merchant Law Group and its clients have launched national class action lawsuits in six jurisdictions* on behalf of all U.S. and Canadian consumers who have purchased baby cribs manufactured by Stock Craft Manufacturing (which may have been sold under various brand names, including Fisher-Price). A recent recall has been issued in respect of these products, concerning drop-side cribs with plastic hardware.
The litigation requests that the Courts order that financial compensation be paid to all owners of these cribs.
