Storkcraft Baby Cribs National Class Action
Merchant Law Group LLP has launched national class action lawsuits in numerous Canadian jurisdictions on behalf of all Canadian consumers who have purchased baby cribs manufactured by Stock Craft Manufacturing (which may have been sold under various brand names, including Fisher-Price, Wal-Mart, and Sears). A 2009 recall was issued in respect of these products concerning drop-side cribs with plastic hardware.
The litigation requests that the Courts order that financial compensation be paid to all owners of the recalled drop-side cribs.
