Food Supplements Class Action
2009 - Merchant Law Group LLP has launched a Class Action lawsuit concerning the taxation of health food products. The lawsuit alleges PST has been incorrectly charged on food supplements.
Any consumer in Saskatchewan that has bought food supplements and/or vitamins & minerals, and been charged PST may submit their information below. (If possible, please keep on hand any receipts or other records you have from these purchases, in case they are needed to make individual claims for reimbursements).
