Paxil Minors National Class Action
May, 2007 - Merchant Law Group LLP has launched class action lawsuits against GlaxoSmithKline concerning Paxil.
The lawsuits propose reimbursement compensation for affected Canadians who used Paxil while under 18, and injury compensation for individuals who were born with birth defectsor other ailments caused by Paxil being taken while pregnant. Anyone who took Paxil while under the age of 18 or mothers who took Paxil while pregnant are welcome to join this class action info list.
