Paxil Minors National Class Action

May, 2007 - Merchant Law Group LLP has launched class action lawsuits against GlaxoSmithKline concerning the effects of Paxil on children and pregnant women.

Individuals who took Paxil while pregnant or under the age of 18 should contact our firm at merchant@merchantlaw.com or complete the form below to find out more information. The lawsuits seek compensation for all current and past Paxil users who were under 18 or pregnant while taking Paxil, and for their injured children.  Any young persons or mothers who took Paxil while pregnant are welcome to continue to join this class action.
