Scratch 'n' Win Class Action

Merchant Law Group LLP has filed class actions against the Atlantic Lottery Corporation, the Ontario Lottery Corporation, the British Columbia Lottery Corporation, the Western Canada Lottery Corporation, Loto-Québec, and the Yukon Lottery Commission.

Thees class actions are brought on behalf of all persons who, since November 1st, 2001, purchased or acquired Scratch n' Win tickets. Please note that proof of purchase or used tickets may not be needed to sign up for infomation about these class actions, although we would ask anyone that does have old tickets to please keep hold of them for the time being. Also please do not send any old tickets or receipts to Merchant Law Group LLP.

This litigation seeks damages and an injunction enjoining the lottery agencies from selling Scratch n' Win Tickets where the top prizes can no longer be won and an order requiring the lottery agencies to return all monies acquired as a result of the improper sale of such tickets.
