Merchant Law Group has launched a class action with the Court of Queen's Bench regarding health services and radiology testing. The lawsuit claims that a Yorkton doctor was allowed to act as a radiologist despite lacking the qualifications to do so, resulting in potentially thousands of incorrect and inaccurate diagnoses.
Merchant Law Group is also accepting complaints from New Brunswick residents and planning to participate in launching a second class action with the New Brunswick Court of Queen's Bench on behalf of individuals in Grand Falls and Saint-Quentin (and surrounding areas, such as the Plaster Rock, Perth-Andover, and Bath areas) who received radiology testing, as a result of a full-scale review of 30,000 tests being conducted in regards to a radiologist (Dr. Bhagwan Jain) who worked in the northwestern part of the province.
If you or a member of your family received a CT scan, MRI, X-Ray, ultra-sound, fluoroscopy, venogram, Doppler ultrasound, mammogram or mammography, or other radiological test or analysis in one of the above regions, please provide your information contact below or email one of lawyers at merchant@merchantlaw.com
