Radiologist National Class Action
Merchant Law Group has launched a class action regarding health services and radiology testing. The lawsuit claims that a Yorkton doctor was allowed to act as a radiologist despite lacking the qualifications to do so, resulting in potentially thousands of incorrect and inaccurate diagnoses.
Our B.C. law offices are also accepting complaints from British Columbia residents regarding a second class action being launched in the B.C. Supreme Court on behalf of radiology patients in Comox, Powell River, Chilliwack, Abbotsford, and Cranbrook , as a result of a radiology testing review recently launched by the B.C. provincial health minister.
