Recours Collectif Concernant Les Prix du Gaz

13 Juin 2008 - Notre bureau de Montréal a deposé à la Cour Supérieure plus tôt aujourd'hui, un recours collectif concernant les prix du gaz. 

Ce recours collectif (550-06-000025-081) est fondé sur l'allégation que les stations-service au Québec, particulièrement à Sherbrooke, Magog, Victoriaville et Thetford Mines, ont participé à un complot pour fixer le prix de l'essence à la pompe.
