Biography
Ryan grew up on a farm in Northern Saskatchewan, and have a rural background. He worked with mentally handicapped children implementing behaviour modification/management plans for 3 years. He also worked as a front-line worker with children in crisis for almost 8 years in secure treatment facilities. Three years were spent in Slave Lake, Alberta working with both children. While there, he designed large scale treatment foster care programs from family recruitment to child placement and follow up care.
