Worked with mentally handicaped children implementing behaviour modification/managment plans for 3 years.

Graduated from Lethbridge Community College in 1991 with a Diploma in Child and Youth Care, received award for Professionalism and exceptional dedication to student responsibilities. Worked as a front-line worker with children in crisis for almost 8 years in secure treatment facilities. Spent 3 years in Slave Lake Ab working with both native and non-native children.

While in Slave Lake, designed large scale treatment foster care programs from family recruitment to child placement and follow up care.

Workload is about 90% family and 10% criminal, focus in family is both divorce and child custody matters.
