iPhone Slowdown Class Action – Apple iPhone Class Action 2018

March 2020 Update — Merchant Law Group LLP is pursuing Canada-wide class action litigation against Apple Inc. (AAPL.O) in relation to certain iPhone smartphones.  It is alleged that many iPhone models are now malfunctioning due to new software features causing slowdowns for older iPhones, as well as battery performance or battery fatigue issues.

This litigation remains active before the Canadian Courts and our law firm is determined to achieve appropriate compensation for Canadian iPhone users affected by these iPhone design flaws.

Please note that although an USA proposed iPhone defects settlement has recently been announced for American residents, Apple has not yet agreed to a similar settlement in Canada.
