Ottawa – Merchant Law Group LLP has filed a class action lawsuit with the Superior Court of Justice in Ottawa (against the City of Ottawa/OC Transpo) seeking financial compensation for bus passengers, individuals injured on the platform, and other persons affected by the Westboro bus accident which occurred on January 11, 2019.
