Allerject Class Action
Merchant Law Group LLP is pursuing a proposed class action against Sanofi-Aventis and Sanofi Canada seeking compensation on behalf of Canadians who purchased Allerject epinephrine autoinjectors which were subsequently recalled.
On October 28, 2015 Allerject epinephrine auto-injection pens were recalled due to the products having been found to deliver potentially inaccurate dosages. If your Allerject epinephrine auto-injection pen fails to perform as expected during an emergency, fatal consequences could result. The proposed class action alleges that Sanofi-Aventis and Sanofi Canada were negligent in their manufacturing of Allerject epinephrine auto-injection pens. You may be entitled to compensation.
