Avandia National Class Action

avandiaMerchant Law Group LLP has launched lawsuits against the manufacturer of Avandia (GlaxoSmithKline) and other Defendants, as reported by CTV News and other media.

Avandia is an anti-diabetic drug, used by people with Type 2 Diabetes to bring down blood sugar levels. Side effects from using Avandia can include cold-like symptoms, headaches, vision loss, swelling on many parts of the body, hepatitis, weight gain, tiredness or weakness, serious heart problems and other conditions.
