Elections Ontario Class Action
Merchant Law Group LLP has launched class action litigation concerning Ontario Elections loss of personal information of more than a million Ontario voters, contained on two USB keys lost by Elections Ontario officials in April, 2012.
This litigation seeks compensation for all affected Ontario residents.
