2018 – Update
Merchant Law Group LLP has launched class action proceedings against Wyeth and Pfizer concerning Premplus and Premarin (a hormone replacement therapy prescription pills), also known as Prempro or HRT drugs.
Premarin is a form of estrogen. Premplus contains both estrogen and progestin in a single medication. The class action litigation alleges that use of Premarin or Premplus causes health risks, including the risk of blood clots, heart attack, stroke, breast cancer, and other forms of cancer.
The lawsuits will seek financial compensation for affected Canadians who used Premarin or Premplus. Anyone who Premarin/Premplus is welcome to join this class action info list, regardless of known side effects or how long you took the drug.
