    1. This class action settlement applies to all residents of Canada who purchased or leased any of the following vehicles:
      • 2011-2019 model year Hyundai Sonata vehicles
      • 2013-2019 model year Hyundai Santa Fe Sport vehicles,
      • 2014, 2015 and 2019 model year Hyundai Tucson vehicles
      • 2011-2019 model year Kia Optima vehicles,
      • 2012-2019 model year Kia Sorento vehicles,
      • 2011- 2019 model year Kia Sportage vehicles,
      • Provided any such vehicles are equipped with genuine 2.0-litre and 2.4-litre Theta II gasoline direct injection engines within OEM specifications.
