New Canada-wide Class Action Launched in Court Today

A National class action was launched today regarding the gear shifting danger in Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, and Maserati vehicles.

Canadians are encouraged to contact one of the ten Merchant Law Group LLP offices across Canada  on the website https://merchantlaw.com/class-actions/recent-updates/gear-shifter-jeep-chrysler-dodge-class-action

“These auto companies knew about the defect,” commented Tony Merchant, Q.C. said, “but deceived their customers by telling people who complained that theirs was an isolated incident. The death of Anton Yelchin is horrible but that publicity helped people affected all over Canada to know that what was happening to them was not their fault.”

Canadians who own one of the affected vehicles from the above list may provide their contact information through the website https://merchantlaw.com/class-actions. Merchant Law Group LLP has ten offices across Canada, Quebec to British Columbia.

Merchant Law Group LLP is well known for involvement in mass tort and class action cases in Canada, which include lawsuits involving Winners, Residential Schools, System Access Fees, Hollinger, Maple Leaf Foods, and many other cases on our website.
