Linh is currently and actively handling class actions involving prescription and over-the-counter medicines (AccutaneAvodartFentanyl Patches, Lipitor, Pradaxa, PropeciaRisperdalYaz and Yasmin), medical devices (Tranvaginal mesh), automotive equipment (GM IgnitionFord Navistar EngineNissan EngineTakata Airbags), privacy breaches (Home Depot Data Breach), consumer protection matters (Thomas the Tank Engine ToysSony PlayStation 4 Controllers) amongst others.

Selected class action experience includes:

Lead co-counsel on Lipitor: a cholesterol lowering drug that is alleged to cause diabetes. Lead co-counsel on Xarelto: a blood-thinning drug that is alleged to cause uncontrollable bleeding events, leading to serious injuries or death. Lead co-counsel on Risperdal: a prescription anti-psychotic that is alleged to cause gynecomastia. Lead co-counsel on Sony PlayStation 4 Controllers: a product liability class action dealing with defective PS4 Controllers. Lead co-counsel on Home Depot Data Breach: a privacy breach class action stemming from the data breach on Home Depot’s POS systems.

Linh is also engaged in criminal defence, and utilizes his legal research and oratory skills to defend allegations of assault (with a weapon; aggravated; domestic); controlled drugs and substance offences (possession; trafficking); firearms and weapons charges (unsafe storage; unlawful possession; restricted and prohibited firearms); theft (over and under $5,000); fraud (over and under $5,000); driving offences (dangerous driving; failure to remain; driving while impaired; over 0.08 BAC); etc.
