Class Actions – Linh focuses on prosecuting class action law suits and serious product liability claims, working alongside E. F. Anthony Merchant, Q.C., dubbed Canada’s “class action king” 1 and his team of experienced class action lawyers.

Lead co-counsel on Lipitor: a cholesterol lowering drug that is alleged to cause diabetes.
Lead co-counsel on Xarelto: a blood-thinning drug that is alleged to cause uncontrollable bleeding events, leading to serious injuries or death.
Lead co-counsel on Risperdal: a prescription anti-psychotic that is alleged to cause gynecomastia.
Lead co-counsel on Sony PlayStation 4 Controllers: a product liability class action dealing with defective PS4 Controllers.
Lead co-counsel on Home Depot Data Breach: a privacy breach class action stemming from the data breach on Home Depot’s POS systems.
