Clearvoice Class Action

In September of 2015 Clearvoice breached the privacy of all of its users. On April 17, 2021, Clearvoice notified its users of this massive breach.
Merchant Law believes we can establish that the breach constituted a breach of privacy legislation.
 

On October 20, 2021, Merchant Law launched court proceedings regarding the privacy breach on behalf of residents of British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Newfoundland and Labrador.
 

If you were a Clearvoice customer, in September of 2015 or before, you may benefit from the class proceedings that have been launched.
