December 2011 Notice: Notice of Proposed Settlement of a Class Action & Facebook Settlement Agreement Executed Copy
Merchant Law Group LLP has concluded a settlement with Facebook Inc. concerning changes made by Facebook to its privacy settings in December, 2009, and January, 2010. This settlement includes all physical persons in Canada who are members of Facebook. The hearing to ask the Court to approve the Settlement Agreement will be held on February 9, 2012.
