News: 2 vehicles collide at 12 Ave and Olympic Wy SE

CALGARY, AB – A two-vehicle collision at a Victoria Park intersection yesterday drew a response from the Calgary Fire Department, YYC Transportation reports.

The crash happened at the intersection of 12 Avenue and Olympic Way SE at around 3 p.m. on April 11. Traffic cam footage from the site shows two passenger vehicles blocking the northbound and southbound lanes of Olympic, with a firetruck and at least one other response vehicle present.

We do not know the circumstances of the collision at this time, or whether anyone was injured. However, we will continue to follow this story, and update this blog should our information change.
