WOOD BUFFALO, AB – An employee died after an accident at Syncrude Aurora Canada on Sunday, reports Global News.

The employee was killed while working at an oilsands site around 5 p.m. Sunday. Emergency crews were dispatched, but were unable to save the worker’s life. No other workers were injured.

The incident is under investigation by RCMP, Syncrude, as well as Alberta Occupational Health and Safety.
