News: Dog bites, injures child in Westbrook Mall

CALGARY, AB – A child and adult was injured after being bitten by a white pit bull on Sunday, reports Calgary Herald.

The incident happened in the 3900 block of 15 Avenue SW. The exact time of the incident is unknown, but Calgary PD tweeted about the incident at 6:42 p.m. Sunday.

Following the accident, the child was hospitalized at Alberta Children’s Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Information on the adult that was bitten is not available at this time.
