News: Two-vehicle accident kills two near Lethbridge

LETHBRIDGE, AB – A collision near Lethbridge took the life of a 20-year-old man, reports Global News.

Royal Canadian Mounted Police were dispatched to Highway 23, near the Nobleford traffic circle, around 4 a.m. in response to a collision between a Dodge Dakota Truck and a semi-truck.

The Dodge was heading south and the semi-truck was heading north when they crashed into each other head on. First responders pronounced the 20-year-old driver of the Dodge as well as his passenger dead at the scene. The driver of the semi truck was uninjured.

Troopers are still investigating the cause of the collision.
