Version française ci-dessous

Merchant Law Group LLP has launched class action lawsuits on behalf of all Canadians regarding denture adhesives Super Polygrip, Poligrip, and Fixodent concerning zinc poisoning, neuropathy and other debilitating injuries. The lawsuits allege that elevated levels of zinc and resulting reduced levels of copper, can result in:

  • Zinc Poisoning

  • Myelopathy

  • Neuropathy

  • Neutropenia or Pancytopenia

  • Bone Marrow Failure

  • Anemia

  • Central Nervous System Defecits

  • Other Neurologic Injury

Consumers who suspect they may suffer from zinc poisoning or copper deficiency should speak to a doctor as soon as possible and ensure that their doctor refers them immediately for proper blood testing. You should have blood tests done by your doctor ASAP, as any delay could affect your test results AND POTENTIAL LEGAL CLAIM.
